Parents and Athletes must read the Student Athlete’s Handbook
Once the appropriate handbook has been completely read, please open the Google Form that is linked on this page and fill out the information using the athlete’s student email/coach's staff email. This information will automatically populate a spreadsheet as confirmation that each party has read and completed the form.
Please have this process completed prior to the first scrimmage date.
