Having Issues loading websites?
Try this process that removes the student's google account from their Chromebook, and then reloads it. Don't worry! No important data is lost in the process.
1. Log out of your account by clicking on the time on the bottom right of the screen. Then click sign out.2. Once you are signed out and back at the login screen, there should be a little down arrow beside your name. Click on the down arrow, and click on "Remove Account". You may have to press it twice. This will remove your account from the Chromebook.3. Once your name disappears from the login screen, click "Add Person" in the bottom left corner of the screen.4. Sign back in using your credentials, and let the Chromebook sit for a few minutes while it reinstalls the extensions and logs in. This should clear cache and temporary data, which may solve some issues. -
